Iâm just gonna get right to the point, without much hoppinâ around.
Iâve been listening to (and collecting) mashups for about a year or so now, and I visit one of my favorite mashups sites every once in a while to update that collection.
Correct me if Iâm missing an element or to, but my definition of a mashup is more or less:
âA song that consists of two or more previously released songs that are merged, or âmashedâ together in a (usually) harmonious way.â
With that out of the way, the purpose for posting this thread is to ask for the Forumâs general opinion(s) on them.
Do/have you ever listen/listened to mashups before?
What do you think of mashups?
What are your opinions on the legality of mashups?
Are you for/against them, or even just neutral?
Etc.
Obviously this isnât restricted to the above questions.
Simply curious about what people think. Thatâs all.
