THE WHITE STRIPES "under great white northern lights" cd,2010.
live set from one of the most dynamic, forthright and innovative talents from the last couple of decades IMO...
pretty hard to knock or dismiss Jack and Meg White in any form, but on this one they show the raw passionate energy that their studio recordings sometimes lose under the production process.
this is one of my favourite live albums in my collection, certainly up there with the John Cash "san quentin/folsom" albums, KISS "alive" and Neil Young's pre-2000 live sets...
well worth a listen IMO, and this one also comes with a bunus live dvd of the show(which i have not seen yet)
great,great album!
