Detroit eh? Bunches of great acts from Detroit.
Good to hear your loyalty to Steve Perry. Great frontman, and killer pipes. Saw them many times with SP, both with and without Jon Cain, former Baby. I just think they grew a bit predictable after Escape album, and that is when I lost interest in them. Kinda like Priest after "Defenders" or maybe even "Turbo"... they just couldn't hold my attention any longer.
Lots of great Brit acts from your era of choice for sure. BTW, The English Beat are currently in the US for a tour. East Coast next few days, then Cali.

You can live in staunch denile and mark me as your enemy, but I'm just a voice among the throng who want a brighter destiny, and say with me, "We are the New America!" -Greg Graffin
