Does the opinion of music critics influence your music selections at all ?

[Music Head]

Interesting to read this ...................I think it is fair to say that the reviews we post on here do seem to influence us !

very true

Back in my much buying years (60's,70's,80's). always read the critics (Rolling Stone, Spin, Trouser Press, Melody Maker), and I'm sure they influenced my buying.
Haven't read any regular in years., unless it's to put a "new release" post on here, then it's allmusic.
