Gorgeous Dog, Tiggi ! My little guy...Bambi...was named by the girls. They keep saying "Bambi was a male deer"...yeah 50 years ago,,,now the name is associated with strippers or porn stars !!!! When I meet up with a rugged looking guy with 4,000 tattoos and a pitbull I say what's his name ..he says Brutus,,,I am not going to say his name is Bambi !!! No freakin way, man. I usually say oh this is Luke, Ben, or Ace! When I meet gals with their dogs I say his name is Bambi and then they say ..oh he's so cute....
I put on a nature cd usually from the library Windham Hill series for him and the cat Bean and they really enjoy that ! Bambi is basically an outdoor dog so he likes the sound of rain, water trickling, birds chirping and all the various animal sounds , bullfrogs, owls and of course dogs barking and cats meowing, but he goes nuts when he hears thunder...absolutely hates it !!! Basically the same for Bean (named by my daughter after Francis Bean - cat book author or something like that ???).thunder doesn't faze the cat.
