Wait no more! What can I (try) and help you with? I'm not an audio engineer, just a weekend warrior, but I'm sure I can find the answer somewhere in my arsenal of books and manuals. God knows there's enough of them and there are still things I can't figure out either.......don't know much about encoding/decoding but will try and find out what you need to know. If it is related to audio I might be able to help. If it's video I don't have a clue.
