I think I suggested you the band Ozric Tentacles a while ago on your psychedelic rock/music thread.
Did you ever give them a listen? On the site http://www.allmusic.com, they describe them as this:
* Prog-Rock
* Neo-Prog
* Jam Bands
* Space Rock
* Alternative/ Indie Rock
* Neo-Psychede
So Space Rock is included. They have over 16 albums, but I know only 4 of them, as I am discovering this band right now. So maybe I don't know yet the albums that fits the most in the "space rock" category; so I will try to suggest you some songs that I think may fit in this genre
Here they are:
From the album The Hidden Step: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DTgGdqUHZf0
From the album Waterfall Cities: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tJJd32AwZUo
From the album Swirly Termination: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-HJBBlohdII
From the album Curious Corn: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B5jJzKzfAoQ
So I hope you'll enjoy as much as me!
