Les Claypool - The Phantom Patriot. From the album "Of Whales and Woe"
Les Claypool is one of the most original musicians out there and his superiority on bass cannot be out done. Most would know him as the front man from Primus but he has many other side projects, most notably the Frog Brigade. Purple Onion is a great album and if you like Pink Floyd Check out Live Frogs Set 2, Les does the entire Animals album live. (I hate to admit it but his version was the first one i heard so when I listen to the original i find it sounds off.)
The ast two albums put forth by Les has been solo and Of Whales and Woe is pretty out there, this song is my favorite on the album YouTube - Les Claypool "Phantom Patriot" Prawn Song Records
His atest release was a bit of a let down, he seems to be getting weirder and weirder with his writing. I'm going to say what a lot are thinking, I WANT PRIMUS BACK!!!
