Hi Jerome, nice to meet you. Let me get straight to the point. I have a .torrent files to all kinds of music which I'm about to download to open up an mp3 site in future. I have two problems with it, first that they are in .flac (lossless) format which needs to be converted to .mp3 as you understand. And second problem is some of the albums are in one .flac file, like 560mb whole album. Now, those files which are separate .flac files ex. (37mb/song). That's where my skills are short. I'll need to convert them to .mp3 extension with constant bitrate of 256 or 320, and I need it to be no more than 10-12mb which I'm unsuccessfully attempting to do with my "dBpoweramp" software. And the second problem is that I need to cut each song from big .flac's and make them separate .flac files without losing the quality. That's all hinders me doing what I am about to do. I hope you have solution to my problem. And sorry for my english, I'm not a native speaker. Thanks in advance. -pizh0n

Sorry I am absolutetly lost here. I will read up on it and if I find I solution I will post it here, but for now, you know more than me about the subject. A couple of the members on the site seem to think I am some kind of audio expert, but in reality I am nothing like that at all. I just stumble along and do what I think is right and most of the time that works. Will read up about it and if I can figure it out I will let you know. Sorry, don't have an answer straight away - I don't really get involved with 'torrents' and download stuff - you have to remember I am 'old school' - IOW an old fart.
