^I've quite liked some of his stuff.
Michael Kiwanuka releases a new album on the 23rd of August. He's gone back to basics production-wise (which I quite like) and this was made in 2025, before he had a nasty health incident - a stroke. From what I can tell he's on the road to recovery, but won't be performing for a while. Shucks - scary things. There's a spoken word bit in the second clip which is Chick Corea who gave him some sound advice I do believe (pardon the pun!). I'm glad he's given his authentic self a chance and not got buried in what someone else wants him to be. The whole simple vibe was what was so appealing to begin with. Hope he recovers in full!
