two legends of country music team up to record an album of pretty much original material...
some of the tracks have been recorded by the artists previously on their own albums, but they wrote them so they have the right
to do whatever the heck they want with them...
theres a couple of others written for them also....
you all know what to expect with these two and we get what we expect....
a couple of tracks with them looking back on their lives, looking back at friends departed also...
I guess theyre really looking at their own mortality as the each reach the 80 year old milestone...
all up, a good album if your a fan, a crap album of youre not a fan...theres no inbetween with these guys...
best track on here basically says...if we had known we'd have lived this long we'd have taken better cares of ourselves...very apt!
