Well then - looking forward to Zen Frequencies, whatever they turn out to be! Speaking of which, it's always so interesting to me how the three ohms at the beginning of our yoga class sound so different each time, for one thing, but how that vibration at the end extends too - apparently on its own. 

Re the moniker. Some of my oldest friends refer to me as ‘Roo’ or ‘Roonie’, so there was that, then there’s Roux which is red, and it was around the time of crossing a personal Rubicon (incidentally derived from red) so I guess it all conspired! And I am obliged to have a very public, accessible persona in my work life (regrettably but of necessity) and I felt like having something that was not associated with all that. Also, there wasn’t another one on the forum. So now you have the mind map, or should I say the meandering garden path. LOL!
