Thx Ruby - I wasn't expecting that. Anyway you use two terms that I like - 'painting in sound' and 'immersive'. It is what it is. A creative pursuit to stave off the boredom of everyday existence. It's no masterpiece but I had fun doing it. And normally when I finally complete one of these projects the temptation is to start a new one straight away but I think I need to hold off until I get a really decent idea for something different. Time will tell.
It's four in the morning and while I was reading your post - who comes on the radio - Steely Dan singing 'Ruby, Ruby'. Never heard this track before - might be a Donald Fagen solo effort??? Will check it out.
Had a look around the web - turns out it is a track from Donald Fagen's solo effort 'The Nightfly'. BTW where did the 'Ruby' moniker come from?
And I am going to use the 'Zen Frequencies' title I abandoned some time ago for the new project. So this decision is pointing me in the direction of an ambient project of sorts.

Somewhere between right and wrong there is a garden. I will meet you there - Rumi
