BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN "tunnel of love" cd/cassette 1987
his eighth studio album...
one that i always thought was lukewarm at best, but then again "born in the usa" was always going to be hard to follow...
i guess the biggest problem i had with it was that horrible drum machine and the synths which really dont suit his sound...
always though of this as his 'ditch' album to get away from mainstream success like Uncle Neil and his 'ditch trilogy'...
funny how time changes perspective though, still not classic Springsteen but a decent enough album IMO even though it is in the ditch...
