Deezer listen:
his 72nd studio album, 99th if you count collaborative albums and movie soundtracks...
half the album are Nelson originals, others written for him and two or three covers...
songs are very reflective as he is presumably looking back on his life...
he also lets us know that he doesnt go to funerals and he wont be at his neither, LOL...
the whole album really does sound like his swansong from the subject matter to the cover art where he is walking off into the sunset with 'trigger'...
even the closer sounds like a goodbye to fans, but i could be wrong....
all up probably his best album in a decade,
i like it.
i dont go to funerals: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i_-J_keVBY8
