seems veteran actor Sir Michael Caine is retiring from his craft at 88.

to be honest i have never been a fan of Caine as an actor, always thought of his as a bit one dimensional but he did/does have a prescence on the big and small screen for sure and has been in some totally iconic films for sure
(LOL, just relaised this post sounds more like a Eulogy than commentary on retirement !! )
