it takes a few days for your body to adjust to it
i find im far less tolerant of cooler weather now, must be an aging thing i guess, and i never liked the heat anyway..
perfect weather for me is 20-30C during the day
maybe i should move to St Helena (the one where Napoleon was exiled)...
