GEORGE HARRISON "living in the material world" vinyl, 1973.
his fourth solo album...
his best so far.
still not overly commercial sounding, guess that makes him 'alternative'...
nothing on here not to like (loving half the album) aking it a lot better than his previous efforts.
I LOVE THIS ALBUM
favourite, the single (and one that IMO sums up who George Harrison was)
Give me love
Give me love
Give me peace on earth
Give me light
Give me life
Keep me free from birth
Give me hope
Help me cope, with this heavy load
Trying to, touch and reach you with,
heart and soul
OM M M M M M M M M M M M M M
M M M My Lord . . .
PLEASE take hold of my hand, that
I might understand you
Won't you please
Oh won't you
Give me love
Give me love
Give me peace on earth
Give me light
Give me life
Keep me free from birth
Give me hope
Help me cope, with this heavy load
Trying to, touch and reach you with,
heart and soul
OM M M M M M M M M M M M M M
M M M My Lord . . .
PLEASE take hold of my hand, that
I might understand you
