^It's a tragedy of epic proportions. These power cuts are just depressing - business is definitely suffering and on a personal level, appliances are getting damaged going on an off three times a day for hours at a time - untold consequences. It's outrageous. And some politician actually stood up in parliament and said it was a sign of progress! Anyway - looks as though BRICS may do a bailout and the next language we'll need to learn is Mandarin.
