originally released in 1958 in mono sound but this is the reissued stereo one...
contains all his earliest hits...
at one point this album spent more weeks on the US chart than any other (490 in total)
until it was eventually beaten in 1983 by Dark Side Of The Moon...
silky smooth vocals throughout...if "mr.cool" was an apt nickname for anyone it would surely be warranted
for Mr Mathis...
a superb twelve track vinyl album, but I should really get a decent compilation at some point!
