twelve track compilation....
Formby, UK actor, comedian, song and dance man from the 30s-50s...
all tracks are novelty songs so I wasn't really sure where to put this one??...
songs in the style of Hermans Hermits as Formby released the original version of
"leaning on the lamp post" back in the late 1930s...
that one is on here but unfortunately his original version of "subterranean homesick blues"
is not on here...
not a bad album but it does get a bit tedious after a while and hey, gotta give credit where credit is
due, without him there would probably have been no Lonnie Donegan and in return no Beatles!
