new releases in the UK for week commencing 6th April:
This week sees the release of The Chainsmokers' debut album Memories... Do Not Open. The collection includes their hit singles Paris and Coldplay collaboration Something Just Like This, both of which reached the Top 5 on the Official Singles Chart earlier this year. Elsewhere, Michelle Branch returns with her first album since 2003, called Hopeless Romantic. The collection includes previously released tracks Fault Line and Best You Ever - you can read more about her return in our new interview with the singer here.
There are also brand new albums from Deep Purple and Mike + The Mechanics in this week's #NewMusicFriday releases, plus the latest in the hugely successful Now That's What Call Music compilation series. See the full tracklisting here.

New singles out this week include Harry Styles' debut solo single Sign Of The Times, which will be premiered on BBC Radio 1's Breakfast Show. Meanwhile, Fire by Beth Ditto - the lead single from her long-awaited debut solo album - is out, and Halsey is back with Now Or Never, the trailer release from her upcoming second studio record. The new single releases will be updated in full on Friday, April 7.
