Australian music charts for week ending 12th February:
singles:
Itâs week five in the #1 and #2 spots, respectively, for Ed Sheeranâs âShape Of Youâ and âCastle On The Hillâ. Another week for Sheeran at the top comes after he made a brief promo visit to Australia during the week.
In its third week in the chart, Julia Michaelsâ âIssuesâ moves up seven spots to #7, hitting the top ten for the first time.
A jump of 16 spots puts Snakehips & MÃâs âDonât Leaveâ to #12 in its fourth week in the top 50.
Little Mix move up a further eight spots to sit at #13 with âTouchâ.
A week after debuting at #35, Martin Garrix & Dua Lipaâs âScared To Be Lonelyâ leaps 20 spots to #15.
After dropping to #24, Alessia Caraâs âHow Far Iâll Goâ moves back up seven spots to #17. It previously peaked at #15.
Thereâs also new peaks for Jon Bellionâs âAll Time Lowâ (#28), Migosâ âBad And Boujeeâ (#34), Adeleâs âWater Under The Bridgeâ (#38), The Vampsâ âAll Nightâ (#43) and Jax Jonesâ âYou Donât Know Meâ (#44).

#33: Imagine Dragons âBelieverâ â Imagine Dragons score their first solo appearance on the ARIA Singles Chart since 2014 with âBelieverâ. The track is the first single from the bandâs forthcoming third album. In between charting with âI Bet My Lifeâ (#36 Nov. â14) and now, the band joined with Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, Logic, Ty Dolla Sign and X Ambassadors for âSucker For Painâ (#7 Sept. â16)
#35: Sia âNever Give Upâ â The second track from Sia to debut in the top 50 this year. âNever Give Upâ comes from the soundtrack to Oscar-nominated Australian film Lion. The singer-songwriter charted in January with âMove Your Bodyâ (#34 Jan. â17).

Brisbane band Dune Rats has become the second Australian act to hit #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart in 2017, debuting in the top spot with their second album The Kids Will Know It's Bullshit (see below).
Human Natureâs former #1 Gimme Some Lovin': Jukebox Vol. II jumps back up 13 spots to #4 this week as the quartetâs national tour begins. Jukebox re-enters at #50.
In its 133rd week in the top 50, X returns to the top ten at #6 for an 87th week. Its resurgence comes on the back of Sheeranâs promo visit to Australia this week.
With Guns Nâ Roses Australian tour up and running, Greatest Hits jumps 14 spots to #10, grabbing a twelfth week in the top ten. Their debut album Appetite For Destruction has re-entered the top 50 at #40.
Bruce Springsteen, another current tourist, has moved up three spots to #18 with Chapter And Verse. His Greatest Hits has also re-entered the chart at #23.
Following her performance at the Super Bowl, Lady Gagaâs Joanne re-enters the top 50 at #25.

#1: Dune Rats âThe Kids Will Know It's Bullshitâ â With their second studio album, Brisbane trio Dune Rats have scored their first #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart. The Kids Will Know It's Bullshit is the follow-up to the bandâs self-titled debut (#22 Jun. â14). Two of the albumâs tracks, 'Bullshit' and 'Scott Green', placed at #33 and #34 respectively in the recent Triple J Hottest 100.
The Kids Will Know It's Bullshit is the second Australian #1 album on the ARIA Charts in 2017.
#5: Ocean Grove âThe Rhapsody Tapesâ â Melbourne metalcore band Ocean Grove make their debut on the ARIA Albums Chart with The Rhapsody Tapes. The bandâs first album was written, recorded and produced in the bedroom of drummer Sam Bassal.
#14: Big Sean âI Decided.â â The fourth studio album from Big Sean gives the American rapper a new peak on the ARIA Albums Chart. The follow-up to Dark Sky Paradise (#28 Mar. 15) becomes his second top 50 in Australia and features appearances by Eminem, Migos and more.
#16: Elbow âLittle Fictionsâ â Elbowâs seventh studio album becomes their third to chart in the ARIA top 50. Little Fictions comes three years on from The Take Off and Landing of Everything (#12 Mar. â14)
#20: Pete Tong, The Heritage Orchestra, Jules Buckley âClassic Houseâ â British DJ/producer Pete Tong teams up with The Heritage Orchestra and conductor Jules Buckley to re-imagine classic dance music tracks in a classical setting. Tracks performed include takes on Fat Boy Slimâs âRight Here, Right Nowâ and Faithlessâ âInsomniaâ.
#28: Sampha âProcessâ â The debut album from British electronic soul artist Sampha. Prior to the release of Process, Sampha has worked with the likes of Solange, Drake, Frank Ocean, Kanye West, SBTRKT and more.
#32: QSP âQSPâ â The debut album from glam rock supergroup QSP. The trio features Suzi Quatro, Andy Scott (Sweet) and Don Powell (Slade). The albumâs debut comes as the band completes the first week of its Australian tour.
#34: Original Broadway Cast âDear Evan Hansenâ â The soundtrack to the Broadway musical Dear Evan Hansen. The showâs composers Pasek and Paul have previously written tracks for La La Land, TV series Smash and the musical version of James And The Giant Peach.
