I guess Taylor has become a fullblown "pop artist" with her last two albums "red" and "1989", theres no country on her albums at all now.
I always thought of her as a singer of love songs/ballads on the earlier album, she was never country to me, but guess the industry says she was, so I guess she is/was country.
