Well...
What is a soul ?? and how do we know we even have one ?
The term is something we're all familiar with, but can anyone usefully define it in anything other than vague terms. As far as I'm aware the soul is a religious construct, but do scientists support the existence of the soul ?
I think music stimulates something in our minds in much the same way as we can get pleasure from visual stimuli such as beautiful scenery or great art.
I may be wrong, but it seems our emotional response to sensory stimulus is just a part of our complex make-up.
