I once worked for South African Breweries and all the staff members from all the different departments were thrown together in an effort to get everyone appreciate what other people in the company were doing every day. So you might have a labourer working in the boiler house meeting a top notch secretary who was the MD's right-hand woman. A sort of team-building exercise if you like. At one such meeting a guy who worked in the bottling hall walked into a room full of ladies who worked in various departments in the main office block wearing a T shirt with the slogan 'I choked Linda Lovelace' on the front - and 'Chuck You Farlie' on the back. I will never forget the expression on their faces.
