Kreutzer Sonata
Violin Concerto
Turkish March from The Ruins of Athens
Egmont + Leonore Overtures
The Diabelli Variations

And I haven't even began to really get acquainted with stuff like his String Quartets and so on.

Agreed. I like Beethoven Piano concerto's
