NEW ALBUM: Eminem "music to be murdered by"
[Image: 220px-Eminem_-_Music_to_Be_Murdered_By.png]

Spotify listen:

he dropped this one without any promotion or hype
in fact even his closest home-boys were unaware of it.
20 tracks, nine with featured artists.
several skits, imitating Mr Hitchcock, pretty sure the album cover
is a parody of a Hitchcock thing but i cannot find it.
i'd like to say its rap crap, and it is just not as bad as most of the other crap out there.
sounds like he's trying to get back to his old commercial style, but he's not quite there.
some autobiographical tunes on here and that's what I like about him.

yes it is insensitive but Eminem is back to his controversial best in the lyrics on his new album:

the article:

and back to the original post about the album cover reminding me of something Hitchcock I remember seeing, here it is, the article:
interesting review:
just read somewhere that he is not imitating Hitchcock
its actually Alfred's vocals in the skits
enters the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart at #1

courtesy of Spotify

better than I expected
except for all the damn featured artists
he doesn't need them

highest charting song of the 12 to enter this week

your comment about the featured artists got me thinking about his albums and featured artists on them so I did a little fact checking:

the albums are collated by the amount of featured artists are on the album. if two or more albums hav ean equal number of featured artists then the album with least tracks is listed first because it has a greater percentage of featured artists.
I have taken skits/intros/spoken work interludes off the track list as technically, theyre not songs.
the only album which doesn't contain any of those is 2010's Recovery.

star guide to his albums:
