Hi everybody, I'm looking for new soft song to incorporate to my playlist and I'd like to know which songs really gets you guys. I love any kind of soft songs whether it be a singer/pianist solo artist, a band, folk rock, alternative rock, metal ballad, blues/ acoustic and voice only. What I'm looking for is beautiful songs. I wish that this thread could flourish because I don't know where else I could find more of those rare gems. Thank you all.

Thanks SteveO. Michael Akerfeldt definitely has a soft side and under all the beautiful aggression conveyed by the band lies what I think are some of the finest soft songs ever written. Then again, it shows in songs such as The Drapery Falls or Hessian Peel. Thanks for your contribution.
