I just got The Boatman's Call the other day. Really beautiful album... The little electronica bits are also interesting, considering it's been absent in all of Cave's other stuff.

Beach House - Beach House
Soft & soothing, but with a faintly unsettling atmosphere. A gentler version of the gentler end of the Souxsie & The Banshees spectrum. & The Black Heart Procession - Amore Del Tropico As far as I can surmise, this is an alternative concept album concerning a crime of passion. Very effective, and firmly recommended. |
