Hey does anyone know any good blues harp players? I've been trying to put my harmonica to some good use and some inspiration is needed.
I know Little Walter and James Cotton are great players (James Cotton's Deep in the Blues album is great if anyone wanted a suggestion). Any other greats out there I should be aware of? Artists, albums, songs that feature great blues harp playing?
Does anyone play harmonica? Got any tips or a website or video to refer to?
Thanks!!

Wow both those tracks blew me away. Thanks a lot!! I like the contrast of the songs, it really showed the different styles in playing

Junior Wells was pretty good, and Magic Dick Salwitz (from The J Giels Band) are two of my favorites, with two distinctly different styles.

Junior Wells I've heard of but never really listened to, never heard of Magic Dick Salwitz. I don't think I've listened to enough J. Geils to even realize there is harmonica in their songs!
