Rick Wakeman - The Art in Music Trilogy - no soaring moog synth lines - this music would not be out of place in a new-age type retreat. Pleasant enough - but no balls to it. All very tinkly-winkly nonsense.

Stopped playing the last one - too much of the same thing. Changing tack - Counting Crows - August & Everything After - great album - their best by far. Gave this to a lady I had the hots for many moons ago - it didn't work! But I have fond memories of this one. We live in hope.......maybe she was expecting 'The Wedding March' - who knows???

Now how is this for an unusual mix of talent - Keith Emerson (from ELP), Simon Phillips (from every band on the planet), Jeff 'Skunk' Baxter (from the Doobie Brothers), Joe Walsh (from the Eagles), John Entwistle (from the Who) - he was a bloody magician on the bass - only one I don't know is the poodle on vocals???
