![]() I've dabbled with books like this before, and never been disciplined enough to do much with the contents. Now I want to get into what my evil boss is really thinking...

The Prime Of Miss Jean Brodie - Muriel Spark
![]() I've seen the film before (the one with Maggie Smith) so it spoils the story a little, but I think it's a nice book.

I'm currently reading a book called Italian shoes by Henning Mankell. My girlfriend gave it to me and it has been surprisingly good. Highly recommend it.
Wow, Maestro one of my all time favorite authors !!!!
Nice to hear... he also refers to the music he's listening to in most of his novels which is interesting !
The ultimate connection is between a performer and its' audience!

Peter Hoeg - Tales of the Night. Wish someone would compose music the same way this guy writes books. Totally unique. Probably the most original author I have ever read. And it's my second read of this book. Never fails to amaze me.

Really old book. First my mother had it, then my sister and now I'm reading it again. First read it when I was 15.
And I love this book. will keep it to give it to my daughter someday  It's Satisfaction by Rae Lawrence. |
