apparently, the first six Neil Young albums are "country/folk" according to itunes???? really? i never thought of "tonights the night" or "on the beach" were country/folk!...i could be wrong but i am pretty sure only "harvest" fits that genre....what would i know, im just human, its impossible to argue with a stupid automated chip!
Hey, stop calling my friend Tiggi a stupid automated chip.

yes, I know exactly what you mean
Originally planned on putting Dolly in pop.
Then I saw the chart placings, and figured, I guess it's just me.

here i go again, on my soapbox about bloody genres!!!
as i wrote before, Neil Youngs albums come up asa 'folk/country' on my ipod, now to my ear only probably five or six could be classed in that genre, now im transfering Buffalo Springfield to my ipod and guess what???? they are classed as 'rock'!!!, i may be being a bit picky over this but i thought the Springfields were closer to real folky/country music than 'rock'....cant wait to see what my ipod calls Paul McCartney... alternative is my guess, maybe even punk?

Seems to me you don't have a problem with genres, just their misapplication ?!
