great song Jerome _______________________________________________________________________ KID ROCK "rock n roll jesus" cd 2007 his seventh of twelve, i own seven rapper turned rocker, this is a rock album dude has a powerful rock voice a solid album which scores 2.4 from me which means I LOVE THIS ALBUM lead off single: Kid Rock - All Summer Long [Official Music Video] my favourite: It's another night in hell Another child won't live to tell Can you imagine what it's like to starve to death And as we sit free and well Another soldier has to yell Tell my wife and children I love them in his last breath C'mon now amen, amen, amen Habitual offenders, scumbag lawyers with agendas I'll tell you sometimes people I don't know what's worse Natural disasters or these wolves in sheep clothes pastors Now damn it I'm scared to send my children to church And how can we seek salvation when our nations race relations Got me feeling guilty of being white But faith in human nature, our creator and our savior, I'm no saint But I believe in what is right C'mon now amen, amen I said amen, amen Stop pointing fingers and take some blame, Pull your future away from the flame Open up your mind and start to live Stop short changing your neighbors Living off hand outs and favors, and maybe Give a little bit more than you got to give Simplify, testify, identify, rectify And if I get high stop being so uptight It's only human nature and I am not a stranger So baby won't you stay with me tonight When a calls away to break the sound I'm faden down, I need someone Oh to be someone They just sinken down, and holden back I hold the dawn and run They don't save a child Oh, to save a child It's a matter of salvation from them patience up above, So don't give up so damn easy on the one you love, one you love Somewhere you got a brother, sister, friend, grandmother, niece or nephew Just dying to be with you You know there's someone out there who unconditionally, religiously, loves you So just hold on 'cause you know it's true And if you can take the pain And you can withstand anything, and one day Stand hand in hand with the truth I said amen, I said amen I said amen, I said amen,

PETER CRISS "cat 1" cd 1994 from Brooklyn original KISS drummer fourth solo album of five, i own them all supposedly has another on the way never thought of this as very KISS-like but when i put it on in the car this morning Lynne said "oh its KISS"!!!! eleven tracks, eight rockers, liking three two ballads of which i like one and love one and a cover of "beth" with Ace on acoustic guitar which is okay album manages to score 1.6 which means I DO NOT LIKE THIS ALBUM favourite:
"BTO....Bachman,Turner,Overweight
They were big in the 70s....for five minutes,on a Saturday,after lunch..." - Me 2014.

ESKIMO JOE "a song is a city" cd 2004 Aussie rock band second album of six, i own two and a compilation from here in Perth (Fremantle to be precise) cover art is of the band standing outside the old Fremantle Woolstores - Wikipedia a solid rock band, melodic for the most part and a lot of their material could be deemed soft rock theyre one of those bands that make an album or two then go off in their own directions for a while before returning again they havent mad an album since since around 2013-ish so i guess we wont get any more releases.. album scores 2.1 from me which means I LIKE THIS ALBUM favourite:
"BTO....Bachman,Turner,Overweight
They were big in the 70s....for five minutes,on a Saturday,after lunch..." - Me 2014.

PAUL WELLER "wake up the nation" cd/vinyl 2010 from the UK his tenth solo album of eighteen, i own seventeen sixteen tracks, fourteen of which are under 3 minutes album was written in the studio and recorded in a couple of takes for the most part good to see Jam bassist Bruce Foxton turn up on one track and ELO's Bev Bevan on drums a fairly decent album but my interest has waned over the last few years with Mr Weller album still scores 2.1 which means I LIKE THIS ALBUM favourite has a Walker Brothers feel to it
"BTO....Bachman,Turner,Overweight
They were big in the 70s....for five minutes,on a Saturday,after lunch..." - Me 2014.

NEIL YOUNG & CRAZY HORSE "sleeps with angels" cd 1994 from Canada his thirty-first career album of fifty nine i own 52 or 53 i guess upon reading lyrics it is a very reflective, sombre almost sad album but apart from one song, the title track (which is a tribute to Kurt Cobain), Young refuses to elaborate further musically, its heavy and grungy in places, its light and breezy in others. either way, this stands up better than i thought it would after not playing it for a while album scores 2.3 from me which means I LIKE THIS ALBUM title track and tribute to Mr Cobain

GASLIGHT ANTHEM "american slang" cd 2010 from New Jersey their third of six, i own the first five same stomping ground as The Boss for the most part they have that same rough edged rock sound so if youre a Bruce fan youll probably like these guys album comes in a bit lower than last time but still scores 2.3 from me which means I LIKE THIS ALBUM title track:
"BTO....Bachman,Turner,Overweight
They were big in the 70s....for five minutes,on a Saturday,after lunch..." - Me 2014.
