on Hulu in some places and Disney+ in others....

a six part documentary (each episode is a short 30 minutes).
Macca is speaking candidly to Rick Rubin about all things McCartney from his early influences, the innovative recording techniques of the Beatles that musicians take for granted now, his relationships with John, George and Ringo along with how some of his most iconic songs were created and recorded against the then conventional pop/rock mediums.

an interesting insight into the mind of arguably the greatest and most influential songwriter of the last 60 years.
you dont have to be a McCartney fan to appreciate this doco as it is relevant to recording processes in music in general

any movie with Sam Neil is worth the admission price IMO, a good actor for sure...

Thugby. Down under. SA vs Oz - yesterday. Could've been the set of Braveheart or somesuch. I guess contact sport is a substitute for skirmishes of the more deadly kind - in some instances!

both Rugby and Australian Rules Football are more brutal than Gridiron yet there is no padding or safety helmets in either of those two sports, so not sure whether Gridiron guys are pussies or the other two codes are stupid LOL

now i am the last person you would want to ask about motor racing as i just do not follow it on any level but this is a very good movie IMO and well worth watching.
