haven't been a an of these guys for a good couple of decades now but I
had to hear this, their fourteenth album, because I did like the first two singles lifted off it....
a softer more acoustic feel to it than previous albums...
more melodic and structured like more traditional pop songs than a U2 sound....
yes, Bono is on his soapbox, well, why wouldn't he be, he cant help himself, has to put his
ten cents worth into everything...
some heartfelt personal songs on here from what I hear also...
not bad, and good to see them moving in other directions once again, whether it works or
fails miserably time will tell....
