I was hoping youd get round to hearing the album MH, I intend listening tomorrow...
ive just been concentrating on the Weller album for the last couple of days...
it will be a sad day for music and especially country music when Willie finally bites the dust...

I have a lot of his early releases but haven't been taken with most of his latest releases. This one is the exception, I really like it and am amazed at how well his singing and playing are on it.

Absolutely magical - and I am not a Willie fan - for someone to be producing stuff like this at 83 is phenomenal - I am blown away by this. Fantastic.

that linked track above pretty much says it all about "a woman's love" IMO...
Willie is one of the greatest songsmiths in the history of popular music IMO...
anyone who hasn't read his autobiography is missing out on a great read!

I got round to hearing the album...he rarely disappoints me and this is no exception to that, good album
