Angaleena Presley "wrangled"

Spotify Listen:

could have put this one in country I guess,
some country on here, some so called 'outlaw' also,
one track has a bit of a P!nk feel to it, that one also has a
'featured' artist, a rapper...
Angaleena was a member of Pistol Annies along with Miranda Lambert...
Miranda co wrote a track on here, as did Guy Clark, even Wanda Jackson
co wrote one, so I guess Angaleena is respected...
hearing slight similarities to Loretta on a track or two, which would make
sense seeing as both come from Kentucky and both their father's were coalminers..
(for your info MH, she was born in Martin County)
a very good album IMO:

from the album, my favourite track (a Loretta feel happening in it)

and to the other extreme, here's the P!nk sounding track with a 'featured rapper':
I also hear bits of that "ca plane pour moi" track by Plastic Bertrand in it in places:

[Jerome]

What an awful bloody cover for an album. What were they thinking?

[Music Head]

Loretta?
Pink?
if you say so

like that first track
but not the second

love the cover
not the pic but the layout
60's feel in the way the type is laid out
even got the wear and tear look
showing the vinyl imprint through the cover
looks like some of mine

[CRAZY-HORSE]

im with you Jerome....terrible cover art

[Music Head]
