trying to identify title and artist for country satire song about Willie Nelson

some years ago I heard a song whose lyrics included "For god's sake Willie, tell them you ain't no cowboy. You're jus a long haired hippie singing a cowboy song"

I can find no reference to this song, title, song writer or the artist who performed it on the internet.
I've never hit such a dead end with Google and the other search engines.

Ring any bells, any info would be appreciated?
