I totally agree with your Knopfler comments Jerome....
His albums are a class act everytime...
Great writing,performances well balanced audio and crystal clear production....
I so wish the guy would get off his backside and tour....
Just small intimate halls or in an amphitheatre setting would be awesome....

I can picture it now, Knopfler playing,me and Dani on a blanket on the ground with a bottle of good wine,a cheese and cracker, smoked salmon,prosciutto platter and the cool breeze wafting by, awesome stuff IMO

Awesome that must have been some gig! I've seen most of my heroes live but he's one I missed, I remember before he passed I used to check his website nearly every day to see if he was touring!
