My name is Jason and I listen to a lot of music so I figured I should join this forum. I live in San Diego, California and I'm currently unemployed and looking for work as diligently as I can.

Radiohead is my favorite band. I finally got the chance to see them live a couple months ago and it was awesome!! Some other bands I like include Muse, Led Zeppelin, Joy Division, Talking Heads, Franz Ferdinand, Interpol, Kaiser Chiefs, Metric, The Beatles, The Who, Garbage, The Smashing Pumpkins, She Wants Revenge, We Are Scientists, and many many others. I also like a little classical and some old school soul.

Apart from a couple in your list that I don't know, I'm a firm fan of all those mentioned. Obviously good taste !!

Also saw Radiohead for the first time in the Summer, and there a couple of fervent fans who are members here.

I don't really think my music tastes are that diverse. It's mostly just rock. I really don't like the terms Indie and Alternative but I guess that's what I listen to. It's like any rock from the 90s is alternative and any rock from the 00s is indie no matter how mainstream they are. Most of my favorite bands I first heard on the radio.

Speaking of Muse: which album is your favourite? I think they've definitely evolved throughout their discography, but Origin of Symmetry is still top. No, wait! Absolution. Then OoS. ::

Absolution is a phenomenal album. Endlessly is the best song, I think.

And Led Zeppelin, ah, what a band! Just one of the many artefacts that proves good music doesn't age.
