G'day Y'all!
#1
Greetings everybody.
I was introduced to this forum by my good friend Myst who also recently joined your board. I have been looking about for a music forum on and off for about a year now, and this looks like as good a place as any. So hopefully I can add something to the board.
I am into Bob Dylan in a big way, so there's Bob Dylan and then there's the rest(if you know what I mean)
On regular rotation the ''Rest'' would be ~ Neil Young, Jethro Tull, Pink Floyd, Johnny Cash, Enya, Radiohead, Cream, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Black Sabbath, Van Morrison, The Kinks, Simon And Garfunkel, The Who, ACDC and REM.
But I also listen to some King Crimson, Love, Cat Stevens, James Brown, Krokodil, Sweet Smoke, Ramones, Mike Oldfield, Jean Michel Jarre, James Brown, Grateful Dead etc.
I also have a lot of albums by other bands in my collection(you know, the one album that you like by bands that have released 5 or 6 albums but you only like the one album)
I collect ''bootlegs'' of the bands/artists that I like, just the good sounding onesConfusedmile:
I have a been tuned into some very good albums by Myst, albums like Broken Bells, Broken Bells. Wolfmother, Wolfmother. The Moody Blues, In Search Of The Lost Chord. The xx, xx. The Shins, Chutes Too Narrow. Travis, The Invisible Band.
I'm always up for giving other ''new to me'' artists a listen to, whether old or new I will give them a good chance.
See you about the boards.:peace:

Hey FrankieLee!!~ I'm thrilled that you have decided to join MD with me. Thank you for your kind words, I could easily fill up a whole type-written page of musicians/albums/music that you have introduced me to as well.

I'm sure that your passion for music will be well accepted here, not to mention that wonderful sense of humor of yours. I am excited to start this journey with you my friend!!
