never heard of Jerry before, so i thought i'd listen to the album online.
had no idea he had been around since the late 1970s or that he had previously won 13 Grammy's
for his bluegrass/contry/folk style of music.
album opens up with a crappy version of Cash's 'i got stripes', re-titled 'on a monday' and even
though people like Clapton,Paul Simon,Keb 'Mo,Marc Cohn and Alison Krauss help out on this one
i still didnt like it, only finding two of the eleven tracks that i liked.
that said though, there is some nice bluegrass fingerpickin' going on here, but not enough
to make me wanna 'hoop and holler' around the old barn!
