YouTube listen:
his forty-eighth solo album
well that was pretty ordinary
he likes 'clean fuel' (anti Tesla/Musk)
viewing the political landscape very simplistically at best
immature lyrics at best, even 13 year old songwriters would cringe
some rockers, some acoustic slower tunes.
a couple of songs sound similar to Guthrie's "this land is your land"
another sounds eerily similar to "helpless"
its like the ideas have run dry and he is clutching at whatever he can
sad to listen to
best of a bad bunch:

^I'm not going to listen - horrible when a longtime favourite goes to pot. Or wait - maybe he should go back to pot?? Seriously though - he should just stop now.

^^
yup i know Ruby...
when i look back on his albums i discover he has really struggled since his brain aneurysm in 2005,
i could make positive arguments for Prairie Wind (2005), Living With War (2006), Chrome Dreams II (2007) and Fork In The Road (2010) but after that, his next 17 releases, i now genuinely struggle to find an albums worth of good material, and the last eight albums i havent even purchased,
its really sad but i guess i held out a lot longer than most other fans hoping for one last great hurrah but as each year goes by i lament even more...
and i agree with the "pot" comment also, it hasnt slowed Willie down or MH....
