Spotify listen
his 21st solo album
i havent liked any of his albums released after 1977s "ringo the 4th"
my favourite album of his was always 1970s "beaucoups of blues" which incidently was his only country album, until now...
produced by T-Bone Burnett
guest appearances from Billy Strings, Larkin Poe, Alison Krauss and Molly Tuttle
some of these songs really arent country flavored, theyre more soft rock MOR stuff
the songs are simple but they work IMO
i like it
fave after one listen.
