debuts at #3 here in her homeland this week
i doubt she will chart anywhere else but i guess she could make the Billboard country charts next week...
anyway, if you are short of albums this next week MH you could give this one a go

As y’all know, I’m not crazy about country, per se, sorry – but that said, I’m also not at all averse to a bit of alt country and what is referred to as newgrass (with the sincerest of apologies, again, to the purists among us!). I listened to this album though, and whether it’s entirely my thing, or not, I totally understand why she is held in high esteem. I did like a few of the more edgy tracks, e.g. “Dart and Feather” and the very heartfelt ones, like “Arlo” – a song for her son, and then those with a real old timey feel “little Red Riding Hood” and “You Are Everything to Me”. Real music - phew!
