Young Bob is actually Bob Young, Neil's older brother,
his debut song at age 78 LOL.
wouldnt be surprised to find the famous brother wrote this as it has all his folky hallmarks,
Neil chimes in on harmonica, he looks more and more like a bum with each passing year!
its basically an Anti-Trump rant.
