Nice song. Fairly generic ambient house I suppose, but pretty easy to listen to.

As for who it is, I briefly tried searching on the lyrics "wherever you go I will find you" which seems to be the only repeated lyric, but there are way too many hits. At first I thought it might be a mix/mashup/sample of the song "I Will Find You" by Clannad, but the tune is different. Tell me if you ever identify the artist.
