Sting "57th and 9th"

Spotify listen:

eleventh solo album...
used to love Police and his early solo work but went off them
a few years ago for some reason...
hated just about everything he's done in the last
twenty five years....
was dreading this one when I randomly picked it...
more rock sounding than most of his solo material...
slight Police sound, especially in the lead off single (posted below)...
a couple of folky type tunes on the album...
lovely production as always with his music...
only a couple of track I didn't really like, not a bad album at all...
I wouldn't buy it but it may reignite my old flame for The Police

debuts at a lowly #15 in the UK this week, would have thought it would have been top 10 at least as Sting has done a lot of
promotional interviews in Europe and Australia over the last week...
for US ans, Its a fair bet he'll be on your late night talkback shows over this next week to promote it out there....
